Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why does my video show a long clip from just one camera, and I may not even be in the picture?

Sometimes this will happen if you are standing on the sidelines of the race track too close to where the action is happening or are stationary on other parts of the track for too long. Our GPS technology can be fooled into thinking you are on the track and will include clips from the section of the track that it "thinks" you were in.

2. Sometimes the video changes camera angles rapidly and I don't see myself in any of the shots.

This can happen if you were cutting across the track in a direction of travel that is different than the regular flow, if you did not complete your lap and cut out the side of the track early or were walking or riding along the fence lines near the track but were not actually on the track itself.

3. How can I share my video with friends and family?

Just email them our web site address (www.cozway.com/video.html) and your video number to enter and they can play your video just like you did.

4. Why can't I see the riders in the finish line camera view?

The lighting on the track makes some camera angles difficult to set up and this one proved to be particularly bad. After seeing the video output from the camera in actual use under the lights, we have have relocated the camera to try a different angle for the finish line.
